Geospatial Map Tool for checking ASI and Metro Restrictions

Following are few localities which may require additional clearances for new construction.

  • Green Park
  • South Ex Part 1
  • Malviya Nagar
  • Hauz Khas
  • Saket
  • East of Kailash
  • Nizamuddin

Instructions to use the map tool

  1. Go to “Layer list” at the bottom left corner of the page
  2. Expand the drop down list and select relevant fileds such as ASI and DMRC
  3. Drag the map to your locality and zoom in so that the plot numbers are legible
  4. Red outline indicate an ASI protected monument
  5. Areas within the green radius indicate that new constructions are NOT allowed but only limited renovations with approvals from ASI
  6. Areas between green and yellow circle indicates construction by obtaining statutory approvals from ASI. Please note building height restrictions may apply even after getting necessary approvals
  7. Areas outside the yellow circle are free from ASI clearance and construction can be done as usual
  8. For DMRC cleanrce, your plot boundary should be atleast 10 meters laterally away from a metro line. It’s indicated by two parallel red lines
