Post identification of the correct approach, our experts evaluate fitment of various agencies on the basis of project management tools, systems & processes, design capabilities, building specifications, building & process compliances, financial & legal due diligence, liaisoning capabilities, survey of ongoing & delivered projects, client referrals, & service support post handover.
After identifying the right agency, we thoroughly chalk out project management guidelines, divide responsibilities, bring accountability & transparency for the client by re/drafting the contract agreement thereby safeguarding client's interests followed by tweaking the building specifications to meet client's aesthetic & building safety requirements, contract negotiations & award of contract.
