1. Overview & Fiduciary Relationship

RECONPRO (referred to herein as "RECONPRO", "we", "us", or "our") operates as an independent technical and commercial governance advisory firm for residential and commercial real estate owners. In our capacity as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we respect the autonomy and fundamental right to privacy of every plot owner, developer, and visitor (the Data Principal).

By accessing reconpro.io, utilizing our cost estimation tools, or submitting information through our portal, you acknowledge the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimisation. We only collect personal information necessary to deliver our independent advisory services:

Direct Contact & Identifier Data: Full name, telephone/WhatsApp contact number, email address, and residential/plot location.

Project Specification Parameters: Plot dimensions, desired built-up area, FAR requirements, budgeted tier, and municipal authority jurisdiction (e.g., DTCP, HSVP, DDA, NOIDA).

Technical & Telemetry Logs: IP address, device fingerprints, and browser user-agent collected solely for cyber defense, fraud prevention, and session stability.

3. Purpose Limitation & Processing Grounds

Under Section 6 of the DPDP Act, personal data shall only be processed for lawful purposes for which you have provided clear affirmative consent:

Transmitting cost estimates, FAR breakdowns, and BOQ audits via WhatsApp or email upon request.

02. ADVISORY CONSULTATION

Scheduling structural audit calls with chartered civil engineers and legal contract specialists.

03. BILL VERIFICATION

Issuing Approved Bill Certificates for contractor invoices based on physical site inspections. RECONPRO never holds or releases client funds.

04. STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

Fulfilling accounting, tax, and lawful regulatory disclosure directives under Indian law.

5. Rights of the Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you enjoy statutory rights regarding your personal records:

▪Right to Summary: Request an audit copy of all personal and project data retained by ReconPro.
▪Right to Correction & Erasure: Modify inaccuracies or mandate a complete purge of your project file once advisory engagement concludes.
▪Right to Withdraw Consent: Opt out of communications at any time with zero penalty.
▪Right to Nominate: Appoint a representative to exercise rights in the event of incapacity.

6. Cryptographic Security & Retention

All client architectural drawings, structural engineering models, and bill of quantities (BOQ) are stored with 256-bit AES encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Telemetry records are retained strictly during active project tenure plus statutory limitation periods mandated by Indian law.
