Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RECONPRO website, free calculators, and related techno-commercial advisory services. By browsing this website, using our calculators, or submitting your details through any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law, and that the information you provide to us is accurate and belongs to you. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or submit your information.
2. Scope of services
RECONPRO provides independent, techno-commercial advisory services for home construction and real-estate asset decisions. We do not sell property, undertake construction, or act as a broker or contractor. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, commitment, or quotation unless expressly agreed in a written engagement.
3. Free calculators and estimates
- All calculators, FAR figures, area computations, and cost estimates on this website are indicative budgetary estimates intended only for preliminary financial planning.
- Actual costs and permissible areas depend on your choice of construction partners, package selection, material price fluctuations, site conditions, local bye-laws, approvals, and negotiations, and may differ materially from the estimates shown.
- Calculator outputs are not a commercial quote, offer, or professional certification, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from licensed professionals.
4. Consent and personal data — DPDP Act, 2023
RECONPRO processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the rules made under it. For the personal data you share with us, RECONPRO acts as the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.
- Consent-based collection: We collect personal data (such as your name, mobile number, email, and project details) only after you give free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent through a clear affirmative action — for example, ticking the consent checkbox before submitting our free calculator or contact forms.
- Purpose limitation: Your data is used only for the specified purpose you consented to — such as sharing your calculator estimate on WhatsApp, responding to your enquiry, or delivering advisory services — and is not used for unrelated purposes without fresh consent.
- Your rights: You have the right to access a summary of your personal data, seek correction or erasure, nominate another individual to exercise your rights, and raise grievances regarding processing.
- Withdrawing consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@reconpro.io. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent; processing done before withdrawal remains lawful.
- Grievance redressal: For any concern about your personal data, contact our grievance contact at info@reconpro.io or +91 9971007906. We will respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Details of what we collect, how long we retain it, and with whom we share it are set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Communications and WhatsApp updates
When you submit your mobile number with consent — for example to receive a free calculator result — you authorise RECONPRO to contact you on that number via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call for the purpose you requested and for reasonably related follow-up about our advisory services. You can opt out of such communications at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or writing to us, without affecting your ability to use the website.
6. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information when submitting forms, and only share personal data that belongs to you.
- Use the website for lawful purposes only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse site functionality, including the calculators and APIs.
- Do not submit another person's mobile number or personal data without their authorisation.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, calculator logic, and materials on this website are owned by RECONPRO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
Information provided on this site does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or architectural advice. You should consult appropriate licensed professionals before making decisions. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or estimate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RECONPRO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including decisions made in reliance on calculator estimates — arising from your use of the website or services.
10. Fees and engagement
Use of the website and free calculators does not create a paid engagement. Certain advisory services require a paid engagement, whose fees, scope, and timelines will be shared in a separate proposal or agreement prior to onboarding.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RECONPRO harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your submission of inaccurate information or personal data that you were not authorised to share.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time; provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity survive termination.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.
14. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
15. Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law — including the DPDP Act and its rules — or in our services. The latest version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page. Material changes affecting how we process personal data will be notified where required by law.
16. Contact and grievance redressal
