1. Acceptance and Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RECONPRO website, automated cost and FAR calculators, and related techno-commercial advisory services. By browsing this website, generating estimates, or submitting details through any form, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Scope of Advisory Services
RECONPRO operates strictly as an independent techno-commercial governance consultancy. We do not sell real estate, operate as a construction contractor, or collect builder commissions. Our function is to audit contracts, benchmark material quality, verify milestone progress, and audit contractor bills on behalf of the plot owner. RECONPRO never holds, gates, or releases client funds; the plot owner pays the contractor directly.
3. Free Calculators and Indicative Estimates
All computational tools, FAR estimates, floor area metrics, and cost projections available on reconpro.io are indicative budgetary models designed solely for preliminary planning.
- Actual structural costs depend on soil bearing tests, architectural elevation complexity, material grade selection, and contractor margin negotiations.
- Local town planning bye-laws (HSVP, DTCP, DDA, NOIDA) undergo statutory revisions; site-specific clearances must be validated with competent authorities.
- Calculator summaries do not constitute a formal commercial quote, legal offer, or architectural certification.
4. Consent & Personal Data — DPDP Act, 2023
ReconPro processes all client and prospect data in strict adherence to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. In our relationship, ReconPro acts as the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.

5. Communications & WhatsApp Updates
When you input your telephone number to receive an estimate report, you authorize ReconPro to send the PDF report and relevant milestone reminders via WhatsApp or SMS. You may opt out instantly at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or sending an email request.
6. User Responsibilities
- ▪You warrant that all plot boundaries, ownership titles, and personal details provided are true, authentic, and lawful.
- ▪You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit the proprietary cost estimation algorithms or digital twin viewer.
7. Intellectual Property
All software code, ReBOS telemetry engines, brand marks, forensic checklist formats, and technical publications are the exclusive intellectual property of ReconPro. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957.
8. Technical & Professional Disclaimers
While ReconPro provides high-precision engineering audits, our web tools do not replace chartered structural stability certificates, licensed architectural drawings, or formal municipal approvals. Every project requires tailored soil investigations and structural engineering endorsement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the full extent permitted under Indian law, ReconPro shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from contractor insolvency, unauthorized material deviations by builders, or unforeseen geological anomalies. Formal advisory liability is strictly bounded by specific signed client agreements.
10. Fees & Contractual Onboarding
Browsing our codex and utilizing preliminary calculators is complimentary. Formal technical governance, milestone inspection deployments, and bill verification packages are subject to dedicated advisory contracts with clearly specified scope, stages, and fee structures.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
