Instructions to use the map tool
Go to "Layer list" at the bottom left corner of the page.
Expand the drop down list and select relevant fields such as ASI and DMRC.
Drag the map to your locality and zoom in so that the plot numbers are legible.
Red outline indicates an ASI protected monument.
Areas within the green radius indicate that new constructions are not allowed, only limited renovations with approvals from ASI.
Areas between green and yellow circles indicate construction is possible by obtaining statutory approvals from ASI. Building height restrictions may apply even after approvals.
Areas outside the yellow circle are free from ASI clearance and construction can be done as usual.
For DMRC clearance, your plot boundary should be at least 10 meters laterally away from a metro line. It is indicated by two parallel red lines.
